Peterson Farm Brothers Featured at Huron Ag Appreciation Banquet

Get ready for an evening of recognition, appreciation and high energy entertainment with Peterson Farm Brothers featured at the Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau Ag Committee’s annual Ag Appreciation Banquet. Each year the committee hosts the event to honor farmers and ranchers in the Huron Area. The banquet is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the Huron Event Center. Doors will open at 5:30pm and a buffet dinner will start at 6:30pm.

Join the Peterson Farm Bros for a story that’s entertaining, inspirational, and motivational for people of all ages, farmers or not. The story includes how they got started making videos, where all they’ve taken them, the power of communicating through social media, and the lessons they’ve learned in advocating for agriculture online. They will be performing several of their parody music videos throughout the presentation and will be more than happy to stick around afterward for pictures, autographs, and conversations with attendees.

Tickets to the event are $15 each for the general public. Farmers and ranchers pay only $3 per ticket which goes to provide scholarships given each year to graduating area high school students. The Dueling Pianos are generously sponsored by Lud Hohm and Farm Credit Services of America. Many other area businesses sponsor the meal in order to make the evening very affordable for the farmers and ranchers.

The evening will be complete with a traditional give-away that awards several lucky guests beautifully designed centerpieces ranging from ceramic collectables and bouquets to bird-feeders, all donated by sponsoring local businesses.
