The Building Inspection Certificate is from the International Code Council (ICC) and is recognized as the gold standard for building codes.  After taking the course the completer will be able to take, and should pass, the ICC’s Residential Exam.  The completer essentially has two tracks:  (1) work for a municipality, or (2) the Entrepreneur’s Track – starting or working for a business performing independent, third party building inspections for a fee.

The fee for the course is $831, but students taking this class will receive a half-tuition scholarship in the amount of $415 (limited number available).   Interested students should waste no time and contact Steve Ochsner at 353-8518 in order to complete the registration process.
