Residents of City of Huron will be allowed to have access to the City's Rubble Site to dispose of items by using your August Water Utility Bill for Unlimited Use for the following materials: Rubble, Metal, Freon Units, Trees, Wood, Electronics. Car/pickup tires at no cost (limit 4 per city utility bill) 20% charge of diposal cost over 4 tires
County residents will be charged 20% of tire disposal rate due to state tire grant.
Restrictions that apply:
Must pay 20% of tire disposal rate (businesses involved in sale or repair or disposal of tires are excluded.
Free disposal of rubble/metal for city residential customers only.
Household garbage fee not waived
Hazardous waste (liquid paints-chemicals) not allowed
Business are excluded
