Free Pro Se Clinic

The SD Supreme Court and State Bar Association offer a free clinic to people who want to represent themselves in court (proceed pro se) using SD Supreme Court approved forms.  Forms are available on the Supreme Court website (www.sdjudicial.com) for free download or for purchase at any clerk of court's office. Legal advice will not be given.  However, information on the legal process will be given and questions about the forms will be addressed.  No childcare available.  Phone the Beadle Co. Clerk of Court before coming in case the clinic is cancelled due to weather or other unanticipated event.  Clinics are also offered at other locations.  See the schedule at the Clerk's office or on the SD Supreme Court website.
