Wade & Brenda Wicks, Project Address 862 Illinois SW, are requesting to construct a 24’ X 36’ detached garage, which will be 184 square feet (with removal of the existing detached garage) over code as follows: All structures on the lot, including any accessory structures, shall not exceed 30% of the lot area in an area zoned R-4 (Multiple Family Residential District).
III. HOME OCUPATION
South Dakota Buddhist Association – Kyaw Aye, Project Address 1740 1st St NW, is requesting to operate a church in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
