A. Mark McDermaid, Project Address 640 3rd St SW, is requesting to move and attach the existing detached garage to the house and be setback 3’ from the east property line, where code requires a 7’ side yard setback in an area zoned (R-3) One Family, Two Family and Townhouse Residential District).
B. Bradley Chapman, Project Address 523 12th St SE, is requesting to construct an addition to the house 13’ 6” from the south property line, where code requires a 30’ front yard setback and to be 809 square feet over code as follows: All structures on the lot shall not exceed 30% of the lot area in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
