A. Shaun Thelen, Project Address 577 Utah SE, is requesting to construct a fence, where code states that 6’ tall fences may not be erected on those parts of the lot that are closer to the street than the principal building in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
 
B. Wade Katz, Project Address 1775 Wisconsin SW, is requesting to construct a 26’ X 30’ attached garage 6’ from the west property line, where cod e requires a 10’ side yard setback and be 40 square feet over code, which states all structures on the lot shall not exceed 30% of the lot area in an area zoned (R-1) One Family Residential District).
 
C. Jennifer DeBoer, Project Address 721 3rd St SE, is requesting to add a 3’ X 4’ sign to an existing home occupation, where code allows one single surfaced nameplate sign for each dwelling not to exceed two square foot in area per surface AND  to construct a 24’ x 26’addition, which will be 142 square feet over code as follows: In the “R” districts the aggregate square footage of all structures on the lot, including accessory buildings, shall not exceed 30% of the lot area in an area zoned I-2 (General Industrial District).  Request required since use is also residential.
 
D. Jay Ellwein, Project Address Vacant lot north of residence at 252 7th St NE is requesting to construct a garage only on a vacant lot, where code requires a principal building/dwelling unit in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District).
