Sunbird Inc./Advanced Sunflower, Project Address 702 3rd St SW, is requesting to construct an addition up to the south property line, where code requires a 12’ rear yard setback and a 15’ front yard setback in an area zoned I-2 (General Industrial District). Both required setbacks are noted as the building runs the entire length of the block.
