A. Lorin Lucklum, Project Address 1552 N Frontier Drive, is requesting to reroof a detached garage using corrugated sheet metal roofing with exposed fasteners, where code only allows architectural type concealed fastener metal roofing in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District).
B. Joe Grafsgard, Project Address 919 Simmons SE, is requesting to construct an addition to the house 5’ from the north property line, where code requires a 7’ side yard setback in an area zoned R-2 (One Family Residential District).
