III. VARIANCE(S)
A. Stacy Goergen, Project Address 2232 Dakota N, is requesting to allow a paint booth to be installed in a proposed addition to be constructed to the west of the east building (applicant can meet building setbacks), where this use is not permitted by code in an area zoned R-O (Large Lot Residential District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
B. City Parks & Recreation Department is requesting to allow billboard advertising on the vacant land across Highway 14 from Memorial Park, where this is not a permitted use in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
C. Mel Moeding & Marty Moeding are requesting to plat two 2-acre parcels of land, where code states that the minimum lot size shall be five acres unless the structure is connected to the municipal wastewater treatment system in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) in the joint jurisdictional area
IV. PLAT
A. Melvin Moeding and Martin Moeding for plat approval of Moeding Outlots 1 & 2 legally described as: A re-plat of part of Outlot A-1, Morningside Addition, a part of the N2 of Section 5, T110N, R61W of the 5th P.M. Beadle County, South Dakota in an area zoned B-3 (General Business District) located in the Joint Jurisdictional Area.
