- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.

- Old Business
- Review the amount charged for Splash Central – Splash and Stay Packages that include campground sites. Action needed: Motion to allow the $60.00 package for waterpark daily passes and campground sites rather than the $78.00 value for 2015.
- Review quote for the text message option for department use as proposed by the Trumpia Company. Motion to allow the 10,000 messages per month option for $1,956.00 per year split between the park administration and Central Park budgets.
- Accept quote of Huron Steel Structure LLC. to allow siding work to be done on Bergman Arena as proposed. Motion to approve within the 2015 hockey and skating budget.
- Review bid opening for out-front 11’ commercial mower. Action needed: None, for informational purposes only.
- Mention the increase in minimum wage and budgeted items for part-time labor for 2015 within the department. Action needed: None, for informational purposes only.
- Allow order for flooring as quoted from Becker Arena Products Inc., for the Slide & Glide Shelter. Action needed: Motion to use Leadership Huron Funds from the Special Projects fund of $6,021.15 and $1,660.64 out of the hockey and skating budget in 2015.
- New Business
- Discuss Central Park access and signage in the park. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Review plan for Huron University memorabilia to be placed at the Campus Center. Action needed: Based on agreement.
