- Soccer field turf renovation will be worked on to bring the complex to playable conditions by this fall. Action needed: Support to allow limited play on the fields for practice/recreational play.
- Report on part-time positions that are open and services affected from the department. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Mention the seeding to be done at the old swimming pool area once soil cover is placed. Action needed: None, for informational purposes only.

- Review the proposed concession prices for Splash Central in the 2015 season. Action needed: Motion to approve.
- Review the proposed concession prices for the 2015 season at Putters and Scoops. Action needed: Motion to approve.
- Mention the work schedule and payment schedule from the 2nd penny budget on the concession/restroom at Kunhart Field. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Mention Arbor week/day activities and presentation work with the school districts. Action needed: None, for informational purposes only.
- Review Soccer Association trust fund balances and items requested for fall soccer. Action needed: Based on priorities and any purchases agreed upon.
