A. Discuss facility tour and maintenance items/estimate for multiple recreation areas. Action needed: Based on the items that can be done this summer or next year’s budget in conjunction with the Huron School District.
B. Discuss and begin to prioritize the Capital Outlay listing for the 2016 Park and Recreation Budget. Action needed: Based on agreement.
C. Report on billings from the Lake and Riverfront Budget that needs attention. Action needed: Based on the bid schedule of projects planned for this year.
D. Update on the variance for the billboard on Splash Central. Action needed: Based on questions.
VI. New Business
A. Update on softball league start-up dates and concession stand/bathroom construction. Action needed: None, league will begin at Mountain Dew Complex.
B. Mention Day of Caring projects that have been identified for volunteers to consider. Action needed: Based on agreement.
C. Report on preparations needed for the Turkey Races and Memorial Baseball Park Canaries game. Action needed: Based on weather conditions.
D. Discuss closing times for the Campus Center rental rooms to allow for the best services to the public. Action needed: Based on agreement.
E. Election of officers for the Park and Recreation Board on June 10, 2015. Action needed: For information purpose only.
