- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.

- Old Business
- Review report ideas submitted by city staff for website improvements and access. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Review schedule as submitted to the general contractor (Sewalson Contracting) for this week to finish Splash Central/Central Park replacement plantings and grass seeding areas. Action needed: Based on general contractor and city acceptance.
- Review updated 2015 Capital Outlay budget/estimate packet to allow the proposed projects to move forward. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Mention the ABC contracts billings for fire alarm system inspection and repair. Action needed: Based on service items necessary.
- Mention trails grant offer of 50% funding $70,000 for 2015 budget. Action needed: Motion to include in 2015 budget.
- New Business
- Update the board on the July 4, 5, and 6 Karen soccer tourney at Pepsi Fields Complex. Action needed: None, some tourney proceeds should be available for soccer development fund use.
- Mention an update on mosquito control grants from the States Department of Health to include funds for mosquito count in the City of Huron. Action needed: Based on conditions of the grants.
- Mention fundraising done by the Community Improvement Committee to allow a information center to be placed near the F&M Bank. Action needed: Based on budget for the 2014 CIC and fundraising goal.
- Review signage and groundbreaking work for the slide and glide shelter at Prospect Park. Action needed: Based on total fundraising figures.
- Mention specifications to be compiled for the restroom/concession building at Kunhart Softball Complex. Action needed: Based on contractor bid dates.
