I.         CALL TO ORDER

II.      Approve the minutes of July 8, 2015.

III.   Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.

IV.   Approval of the Parks & Recreation Agenda.

V.      Old Business

A.    Consider request to allow the placement of the swim team scoreboard in an agreed location at Splash Central. Action Needed: Motion to approve or not depending on funds available to do the construction work.

B.     Review state swim meet admissions, policies, and procedures. Action Needed: None, for informational purposes only for this weekend at Splash Central.

C.     Report on annual Shriners Day at Splash Central. Action Needed: Based on future proposals from the Shriners Club to host the event.

D.    Report on the State Woman’s Softball Tournament July 18^th & 19^th. Action Needed: None, reports indicated a successful hosting of the event.

VI.               New Business

A.    Review general request of the budget for 2016 and possible increases in certain line items. Action Needed: Motion to submit the 2016 budget request to the finance office.

B.     Mention request of the Community Garden Committee and the costs involved with further well ( water supply) options or plot expansion. Action Needed: Based on board agreement.

C.     Mention the Day of Caring projects for this year to be done on August 11^th. Action Needed: None, material costs will be obtained from the 2015 maintenance budgets.

D.    Report on listing from general contractor for Central Park Construction. Action Needed: Based on response from Sheehy Construction concerning Warranty Items.

E.     Consider the meeting for September to be the 4^th Wednesday of the Month and vote for the 3^rd Wednesday of the month thereafter. Action Needed: Motion to approve.
