- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Bills.
- Approval of the Parks & Recreation Agenda.
- Old Business
- Review meetings with partnerships on the Slide and Glide shelter project. Action needed: Based on timelines and department obligations.
- Review the continuation of the landscape contractor work and items on the punch list to be completed. Action needed: Motion to support the solicitation of quote from another contractor for completion.
- Update on items done to be ready for baseball and softball tourneys. Action needed: None, for informational purposes only.
- Review department budget proposal for 2015 and the capital outlay listings. Action needed: Motion to submit the budget to the City Commission.
- Mention the donation of fertilizer to the Pepsi Soccer Field Complex. Action needed: Further restriction of play is needed to allow turf recovery.
- New Business
- Update on funds received for mosquito control from the State Department of Health. Action needed: For informational purposes only and based on recommendations.
- Mention Ravine Lake water samples and the triathlon schedule. Action needed: Based on sample results.
- Consider contract obligations and rules at Splash Central concerning the waterslide manufacturer. Action needed: Based on agreement.
- Review lease quotes from John Deere on the annual lease payment. Action needed: Motion to include or reject as part of the 2015 budget.
- Consider Northwestern Energy Grant to help with the information center fundraising as part of the Community Improvement Committee project for the 2014 budget. Action needed: Motion to approve the grant and authorize the president to sign.
