  2. Mention the advertisement schedule for the contract proposals and consideration of proposals for Ravine Lake concessions.  Action needed:  Based on agreement.
  3. Update on the Slide and Glide shelter and possible opening of the facility.  Action needed:  Based on contractors and ice rink weather.
  4. Consider costs for the asbestos inspection report at the old swimming pool.  Action needed:  Based on removal costs.

  1. Mention the advertisements for the coed volleyball league and registration for the first session of ice skating lessons.  Action needed:  Based on agreement.
  2. Consider an estimate for a Pergola at the Ravine Lake Bathhouse.  Action needed:  Based on agreement.
  3. Consider date for board meeting the 2nd meeting of December.  Action needed:  Based on agreement.
