Referred Law 21 Public Meeting

The evening’s speakers will be Ed Fischbach, a Spink County farmer and impacted landowner who has been called “the godfather of the pipeline fight,” and Chase Jensen, DRA’s senior organizer who has a long history of working on this issue. They will review the history of the carbon dioxide pipeline issue including how it led to RL21 being on the ballot, and explain how the law will allow projects like Summit Carbon Solutions’ proposed pipeline to ignore local ordinances and force their way through the state. The speakers will be followed by a question and answer session.
