  Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, Project Address 369 16th St SE, is requesting to construct an attached garage 15.5’ from the east property line, where code requires a 30’ front yard setback (corner lot) and be in line with the back of the house (north property line), where code requires a 30’ rear yard setback in an area zoned R-1 (One Family Residential District).
